What are KonnTRACK’s main features?
KonnTRACK treatment control systems fully integrate with various areas of the sterilization process and Customers’ ERP systems for increased flexibility and improved efficiency. The KonnTRACK system is developed around an end-to-end sterilization process that will ensure that products are treated to qualified specifications while maximizing machine efficiency.
OS system compatible
To ensure longevity, KonnTRACK has been designed to be compatible with any Windows operating system, allowing it to run seamlessly across various platforms.
Dosimetry integration
KonnTRACK provides an integrated solution to eliminate manual steps in dosimetry measurement. Through dosimeter load specification assignment and barcoding information, this helps improve the quality and efficiency of the dosimetry process.
Simulation tools
Simulation tools allow users to simulate and verify all software operations before upgrades or changes are applied to the production environment, reducing software implementation downtime and allowing for decisive planning.
KonnTRACK mobile
KonnTRACK features the use of mobile, handheld devices to help streamline operations and allow for flexibility to perform various functions from any location throughout the sterilization process.

Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) integration
KonnTRACK integrates seamlessly into existing IT infrastructure regardless of ERP configuration, accepting non-sterilize inventory and updating the status of sterile inventory in real time without manual intervention.
Processing reports and metrics
The KonnTRACK system features detailed reports and metrics that provide insight into the efficiency and throughput of an irradiation facility. Electronic records and electronic signatures ensure the validation, availability, and retention of data sufficient to move to a fully paperless quality system. Reports are designed to accurately summarize all process inputs and treatment results. The reports are available for each step of the process from system parameter definition to certificate of processing.
SmartLOG
SmartLOG assists facilities as they move towards creating lean environments by tracking irradiator activity and producing reports on the causes of various events. Reports provide insight into the overall operational performance of the irradiator, allowing operations staff to identify inefficiencies before they become an issue, and helping to reduce machine downtime.
