Equipment and Technologies Service and Support

Global technical support services and upgrades are available for our Equipment and Technologies offering and are tailored to fit each Customer’s sterilization needs.

Our team of technical professionals support our Customers through the life cycle of an equipment project, from project planning and management to post installation technical support, training, and upgrades. Our service and support teams are available to our Customers around the world, 24 hours a day, seven days a week, to assist in system validations, upgrades, replacement parts and software operations.

System Validation

We support Customers with validating their entire irradiator and all subsystems, including the irradiation source, product handling equipment and controls, and all software associated with machine operation and product treatment; this encompasses installation qualification (IQ) and operational qualification (OQ) in accordance to applicable standards (ISO, ASTM, ANSI).

Upgrades

Our global technical support team assists Customers with the replacement of both individual components and complete systems, including accelerators, product handling, and control systems. Updating out-of-date and unsupported hardware and software across all radiation and EO modalities is also available.

Accelerator-specific upgrades can be performed on accelerators produced by other manufacturers.

Obsolescence

We assist Customers with upgrading existing accelerator and gamma systems by replacing the obsolete source with a new E-beam or X-ray system. In addition to the accelerator, the product handling system may be included as part of the system upgrade.

Replacement Parts

Replacement parts are available to our Customers around the world, 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including parts for accelerators manufactured by other equipment providers.

Our global technical support services are also available for Konnexis Technologies to assist with process monitoring, control systems and software operation, updates, and any other Customer needs.
